Our online content is stored on CGC Designs server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and the devices that access them have passwords. The server is maintained and managed by 20i. 20i are a hosting company based in Nottingham which specialises in hosting and Internet security, below is their website for more information. Hosting and Emails have an SSL certificate. All passwords are encrypted and can’t be seen by ourselves, 20i or CGC Design, but they can change the password if required.

In the business, the data is kept until the customer has requested the data to be destroyed or when it is over seven years. The business holds the collected information for seven years for accountancy reasons.
The website keeps the data until you have unsubscribed. Our online data needs to be kept due to financial accounting and returning customers.
